This is a popular Japanese light novel and anime series. Its story revolves around the character of a girl, Monica, who is a shy but powerful Witch. She uses her magic silently without speaking, and because of this reason, the people called her,, silent Witch. 

One day, she joined a magic school for the protection of the Prince.
