Yami Shibai 16

A strange man wearing a yellow mask appears from nowhere, and no one knows his real identity. He gathers children and tells them dark stories based on Japanese Urban legends. He uses kamishibai, a traditional paper-picture show, to add creepy visuals to the story. Yami Shibai begins with a man who moves into a new apartment and realizes the existence of an evil presence watching him. A talisman protecting him from endless suffering. Each short story gets darker, and the audience is pulled into the storyteller’s dark world.
