Toujima Tanzaburo grew up with a dream of being Kamen Rider. But he starts thinking about aborting his dream when he hits 40. One day, he was mistakenly involved in the crimes of the ‘Fake Shoker’ gang, and all sudden his childhood dream came true in some unfortunate way.
