Vigilante: Boku no Hero Academia Illegals 2nd Season

Kouichi Haimawari is a college student who wants to be a hero like others. Although his weak sliding Quirk prevents him from being the official one. Rather than giving up on his dream, he tries to help people and deal with the street crimes that even remain unnoticed by heroes and police. 

Things change when he meets Knuckleduster, a tough vigilante with no mercy for criminals and a Pop Star. These three team up together to fight against the dangerous Quirk-enhancing drug organization. With that, Kouichi slowly closed in on his dream of becoming a hero.
