In the era of Edo, an age of merchants and mysteries. Ichitarou, a young master of Nagassakiya store, never experienced out world due to his poor health condition since his childhood. He was always under the protection of two loyal demons, Shirasawa and Inugami. One night, he secretly escaped from his home, and there he witnessed a mysterious murder. After that, someone started to murder people one by one in Edo. Together with his demons, he sets out to solve this mystery and catch the person behind it.
