An invitation to join a small company, Shinjo Clan. This firefighter company is completely broke and struggling for its existence. With the support of his wife, Miyuki, Gengo rebuilt this company and became its head.  People don’t like them and call them “ragged steeplejacks.” Meanwhile, mysterious fires known as “foxfires” continue to appear all over Edo.
