In the second season, Mizuha, a second-year student, had a terrible seventeenth birthday. She missed the only chance to get close to the older boy whom she like and along with that, her parents forgot her birthday. A new disease spread in school that made her think that her youth was slipping away. Everything changed when her childhood friend confessed his feelings for Mizuha and wanted to be her boyfriend. The story follows Mizuha and the four boys who grow up together as a family.
